TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- To take part to the event, to the autograph and photo session and all the exclusive events (if provided) you must have your pass and the special bracelet that you’ll receive during the registration session.
- You are required to have your pass and your bracelet available and to show them upon request at the convention and during the different sessions and exclusive events.
- Should you lose you pass, your bracelet or you’re the receipts for your extras, you will not be allowed to attend the event.
- It’s strictly forbidden to transfer your pass to other users once the event has started. Anyway, it’s possible to change the name on the pass before the event, by writing an e-mail to convention[at]festaunicorno[dot]com until Wednesday 20 of July 2015
- It’s strictly forbidden to resell you pass or extras. If you are contacted by someone who claims the opposite or tries to sell you a pass or extra vouchers, please signal their name to the staff of Festa dell’Unicorno by sending an e-mail to convention[at]festaunicorno[dot]com
- The Extras bought online will be included in your pass. Additional Extras bought in the theatre will be added by the FdU Staff as soon as you pay for them. Keep your receipts always with you during the event.
- To register your pass you need a printed copy of the special code you’d received when you bought the ticket online and a valid identity document (ID card, passport or driving licence)
- FdU DOES NOT sells passes/extras in locations different from the Teatro della Misericordia’s box office, and even in this location, FdU DOES NOT sell before or after the selling/registration schedule. FdU DOES NOT sell Tickets or Extras via not official websites. If you have concerns about your purchase, please report them immediately to FdU security staff. You can also report any suspicious websites. Write an e-mail to convention[at]festaunicorno[dot]com
- FdU CAN’T refund tickets or extras bought via non-official channels.
- All attendees agree to being filmed or photographed while attending the event and they give their consent for those videos or pictures to be used by FdU on social networks, websites or for communication purposes.
- If you don’t want be filmed or photographed, please inform the FdU staff and we will report your wish to our operators.
- Member of the audience may only take pictures during the Q&A Session. You can take pictures from your seat, without flash and tripod and unless the staff prompts you to stop. Picture taking is not allowed during autograph sessions, photo ops and during exclusive events. Photographs are only allowed for personal use. No commercial use is authorized .FdU declines every responsibility arising from improper/illegal use of such pictures by the participants at the event.
- It’s strictly forbidden to sell the pictures taken during the event. FdU declines every responsibility arising from improper/illegal use of these pictures by the participants at the event.
- It’s strictly forbidden to take pictures during the exclusive events with the Guest. Violators will be expelled and excluded from the event and its future editions. Our staff will be glad to take pictures for you, only upon guest’s agreement .

- It’s strictly forbidden to bother guests within the FdU area at any time. Anyone harassing the guests in any way will be expelled.
- Food and beverages are not allowed during the “Question & Answer” session.
- Should anyone be found responsible of any illegal behaviour that may cause disturbance to the people or to the event, or divulge false information, will be immediately expelled from the event without any kind of reimbursement.
- FdU has the authority to deny the access to the event to people who cause any disturbance during the event or on the social networks related to the event.
- FdU declines all responsibilities for personal belongings left unattended.
- FdU declines all responsibility for any injury, loss or damage to persons or property, whatever the cause, over the course of the event
- FdU reserves the right to add, remove or amend any of the conditions on this website.
- FdU underlines that the Guests attendance is subject to their work commitments. If a guest cancels his/her attendance, FdU will replace him/her.
- If FdU is forced to cancel the event, you will be refunded.
- By taking part to the event you declare to have read, understood and accepted the rules presented on this website.
